By accessing or using OutRadIX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the service.

Service description

OutRadIX is an information aggregation platform that displays publicly available data on infectious disease outbreaks. We are not a medical authority and do not provide medical advice.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Subscriptions and refunds

Pro and Business subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime through your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

The 7-day free trial for Pro can be cancelled anytime before the trial ends with no charge.

Data accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, OutRadIX aggregates data from third-party sources. Figures may not always reflect the most current official statistics. Always verify critical health information with official authorities (WHO, CDC, your local health department).

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape or systematically extract data without our API
• Misrepresent OutRadIX data as your own original research
• Use the service to spread misinformation about health emergencies
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the service

Limitation of liability

OutRadIX is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any health decisions made based on our data. Please consult official health authorities and qualified medical professionals.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
